All classes require advance registration as class size is limited.
Trial class and drop-in class by appointment only.
Trial Class: $18.00. If the student subsequently registers reduces to $16.00.
Drop-in: $20.00 /class space permitting.

For purchases between these limits the class rate will be a combination of the above. Contact the studio to discuss.
Make-up Policy:
Each series has 1 extra date that can be used to make-up a class. If the student misses more that 1 class in that series the student is responsible for catching up the missed class by arranging to come on another day. The student can also carry over make-ups and try to catch them up as long as the student is currently registered for at least one series. Students are required to notify the studio 24 hrs in advance of missing a class to qualify for a make-up class. We need to know you space is vacant for the class.
Always call to check space availability and book a space for any class that is not your regular class. For your regular class (the one you have registered for) your space is automatically held for the whole series.
Registration:
Registration check is due at least 1 week prior to start of the series. The class is filled on a “first come first served” basis. Payment secures your place in the class and if the class is full your check will be returned to you.

Refunds
After the first class of the series, tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE unless your reserved place can be filled by another student. For a real medical or other emergency requiring you to withdraw from a series, please notify the studio within 2 weeks of the event to enable us to fill your place and review your case for an exception to this rule. If you do not notify the studio until the end of the series you will NOT be eligible for consideration.
